Returns & Refund Policy

At Vaniado, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@vaniado.com or 055 000 0031  with your order details.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

3. EXCHANGES

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage.

4. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
