Returns & Refund Policy

At Vaniado, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@vaniado.com or 055 000 0031 with your order details.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
Custom or special-order items.
Sale or clearance items.
Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
3. EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
