We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock shortages, errors in product information or pricing.

Prices are listed in GHS.
We accept payments via mobile money, Visa, and Mastercard.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
Our products come with warranties as stated on individual items.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
