Returns 

Returns are valid within 24 hours after item[s] delivery. 

Purchased item[s] must be in the same condition as received: Unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.  

Customised orders cannot be returned 

On-Sale item[s] and item[s] purchased with gift cards are not returnable 

Exchanges 

Only eligible items will be exchanged for another.  

Once item[s] is accepted, make a separate purchase order for your new item. Client may top up payment for exchanges with newly-priced items. 

Client may cancel shipment for orders within 24hours after repurchase. Returns by ship may take longer than the allocated period. 

Process  

Inspect received items and report defective, damaged, or wrong deliveries 

Email info@vaniado.com or call 055-000-0031 to request returns, exchanges or refunds  

Instructions to present receipt or proof of purchase will be communicated 

Present item[s] for evaluation at Vaniado showroom: Nyaniba Estate Junction, Osu, Greater Accra, Ghana. 

Item[s] returned without prior request will not be accepted. 

Refunds 

Refund will be made within 10 business days, in the same payment method during purchase
